Notes
Party Rentals Terms & Conditions
1. Set up /Tear Down – Unless otherwise stated and placed in writing, we do not set up or take down rental equipment. Advance notice and additional fees must be arranged for this service.
2. Delivery and Pick Up – shall be at our convenience and for an agreed upon fee. You grant us (our employees and agents) the right to enter your premises for the sole purpose of delivery, installation if necessary and pick up of our rental goods. Normal delivery and pick up hours are Monday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All deliveries require a signature and payment by the party responsible for the equipment. Delivery and pick up times can be arranged at other times for an additional charge. Deliveries and pick ups are made to a dock, garage door, or door readily accessible to our trucks. For pick up all rental items must be restacked and available to our drivers. Additional charges will be accessed for set up and take down of equipment as well as deliveries up stairs or not easily accessible to our delivery trucks. MOST EQUIPMENT IS NOT WEATHERPROOF! Please protect & cover appropriately.
3. Care of Equipment- You shall:
a) Rinse and repack dinnerware (flatware, glassware, serving pieces) and return them in the containers in which they were delivered. Linens should be returned dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining.
b) Pay a reasonable cleaning charge for any equipment returned dirty.
c) Protect equipment and other items from the elements from time of delivery, use, storage, and return of the equipment.
d) Pay the current replacement costs on items that are broken or not returned.
e) Follow manufacturers safety suggestions and precautions.
4. Cancellations - Make your selections carefully. No refunds on cancellations without 14 days notice.
5. Payments - A 20% down payment must be made to reserve any rental items. Payment in full for rental items is required on or before delivery. We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Grayson County checks, and cash.
6. Damage Waiver – You may elect to pay a 10% damage waiver to cover accidental breakage or damage to rental items. Damage waiver does not cover shortage or loss of items, nor does it cover damage due to improper use or abuse of items. Damage Waiver does not apply to tents or tent accessories.
F.A.Q.’s
Where are you located?
Our showroom is located at 3031 South Woodlawn Boulevard, Denison, Texas 75020. From Highway 75, exit Spur 503. Then Exit Highway 91 North, at the stop sign, turn North, our store is one block on the left across the street from Driggs Liquor.
Do you set up and take down rental equipment?
An A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals driver will gladly set up and tear down rental equipment for an additional charge. These services must be scheduled ahead of time to allow adequate delivery time in our delivery schedule. The set up fee’s are as follows: Tables -$0.50, Chairs – $0.25, and Linen Placement – $0.75. The same charges will apply if the driver has to take down any rental equipment on pick up. There are set up fees for additional items, please call for price quote.
Do your delivery trucks deliver in my area?
Our delivery trucks will go as far as 150 mile radius from Denison, Texas for an agreed upon fee. Please ask a sales associate for an estimate at the time of booking.
When can I pick up & return my rental equipment?
A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals will allow you to pick up the rentals for your wedding day on Thursday or Friday and not return them until Monday.
Can someone help me plan and decide what I need?
Our on staff wedding planners will be glad to visit with you in store or on site to decide what would make your wedding day a success. We also have other vendor referrals available.
